When Recart came in contact with AAF we were told that no agency was able to assist in filling the role and any assistance would be welcomed and much appreciated.
Knowing this position is highly specialised and difficult to fill, one of our specialist technical and engineering consultants initiated the search through direct head-hunting and networking methods. Within the week three highly-qualified candidates were submitted for the role. Feedback to Recart expressed great delight with the calibre of candidates and the short timeframe in which they were submitted to AAF.
All three of the candidates were invited to interview and two proceeded. One candidate was offered the position and has since accepted and started as Senior Acoustic Design Engineer. The remaining candidate continued to be considered for other opportunities at AAF.
Recart’s success in locating high-calibre individuals for this specialised role led to additional recruitment requests from American Air Filters on a retained basis.
