Hyundai selected Recart for this confidential recruitment drive because of our professionalism and proactive approach to each assignment we take on.

As with all recruitment campaigns, advertising is an option that Recart very rarely use. By using proactive methods, including head-hunting networking and search and selection, Recart coordinated first and second stage interviews with the President and Sales Director of Hyundai Europe and the CEO of Hyundai UK to successfully ease the process of appointing extremely important and strategic personnel.

Recart commenced a recruitment campaign targeting the UK and Europe’s automotive industry. Having spoken to over 80 candidates directly and subsequently filtering these candidates, Hyundai were presented with the best three candidates to interview for each role.

The MD was recruited by a targeted head-hunt from one of Asia’s leading car manufacturers. The Sales Director was located and recruited by networking and referrals from one of Europe’s premier brand automotive organisations, as was the HR Director.

None of the candidates recruited were looking for a new position at the time Hyundai were recruiting. With Recart’s knowledge, professionalism and understanding of our client’s needs, we were able to accurately present the opportunity to each candidate, managing and understanding their expectations and ensuring their suitability for the roles. This was done by not only matching their skills and experience but also by understanding their personal circumstances and career aspirations.

The difficulty for Hyundai was determining which of the three candidates to appoint from the shortlist of candidates Recart selected to put through to interview stage.
