One of our specialised technical & engineering consultants explained that Recart uses proactive methods such as networking and head-hunting, and highlighted our client portfolio and the successes we have enjoyed.  

The engineering company agreed to appoint Recart a to recruit on their behalf, and immediately forwarded job details for four system engineering positions that have been extremely difficult to recruit within their specialist Powertrain Engineering department in Essex.

Recart commenced the proactive recruitment drive immediately and within a few hours had already submitted two extremely well-suited candidates. In total, nine candidates were submitted for the roles and interviews were secured for all of them (two candidates later accepted other roles). From seven interviewees, six positions were offered, of which four accepted and started in the month of April.

This success has since led to our client proposing Recart to recruit over 26 new technical positions. We are also discussing the possibility of recruiting for their German site for a further 190+ positions. Our working relationship remains and interviews continue to be scheduled.
