We specialise in executive, technical and engineering recruitment. We are experienced with executive and senior appointments (up to board level), and technical and engineering roles.  These roles are typically within technical industries such as automotive, aerospace and general engineering/manufacturing.

We deal with volume sole-supply recruitment and one off placements for small to mid-size companies.

Whilst we have worked with candidates and companies around the globe, we primarily work within the UK and Continental Europe.

Which locations do you cover?

We have a standard set of terms and conditions which will be provided to you prior to the start of any assignment.  As an example client-protective clause, the standard terms for permanent placements include a client credit schedule for placements that may terminate within the first two months (as of yet, we have never needed to apply this credit).  Additionally, terms may be customised to suit your needs and circumstances. What are your terms and conditions?

We have facilities to interview on-site and also the experience and ability to make off-site arrangements, according to the terms agreed.

Do you have interview facilities?

  • Permanent Contingency (fee to be paid on successful placement)
  • Permanent Retained (3-stage payment: start of assignment, acceptance of shortlist of suitable candidates, final placement)
  • Contract (an hourly, daily or fixed rate fee to be charged to the client)

What sort of recruitment options do you offer?

We ensure that each candidate has full knowledge of where their personal details are sent, in line with the data protection act. Despite our efforts, it is not always possible to guarantee that other agencies have the candidate’s consent to send their personal details.

How do I know that I will not receive the same CVs already submitted by another agency?

Yes. As a specialist recruitment consultancy we collaborate with recruitment agencies or independent consultants to share market-intelligence, to engage as a second-tier supplier, and on occasion, to work together to successfully fill roles that may require such a partnership.
