 Please note, these roles are part of the government’s Kickstart programme and are only eligible for people currently claiming Universal Credit who are aged between 16 and 24. This is a home-based position, with occasional trips to NG9 2NN. The weekly hours for this role could be between 25 and 39, depending on your circumstances and experience.

 

JOB VACANCY 1

Job Title: Admin / Finance Assistant

Salary: Up to £18K

Location: NG9 2NN / Home Based

Your Skills…

  • Experience in a professional, administrative business environment
  • Customer Service experience – for answering queries, whether by phone or email
  • Ideally, finance or finance support experience or a good acumen for numbers and finance
  • A willingness to learn – training is provided across the whole group
  • IT skills – for assisting CV and database management. It would also be great if you had a good foundation of social media experience

Job Title: Editorial Assistant / Copywriter

Salary: Up to £22k

Location: NG9 2NN / Home Based

Because they drive first impressions, spark conversations, and pave the way for great hires.

From the first skim-read of a job advert to the scanning of the CV number 264 in a pile of 600, first impressions matter. Words matter. And may professionals waste that opportunity.

Digital marketing and social media content are at the heart of a company’s brand. It goes beyond sales and promotion; it’s about ideas, talking points, and engagement.

Do you…?

  • Enjoy finding unique and innovative ways to create and engage audiences?
  • Have a marketing degree and/or at least two years’ relevant industry experience?
  • Offer examples of creativity, social media account management, and digital campaigns?

In this role, you’ll be a voice for three businesses all united by a life-changing theme: people’s careers and working lives.

  • Recart – a global recruitment business specialising in executive permanent roles and contracts
  • Adhook – an HR and hiring support outlet for standout, branded job adverts
  • My CV Writer – a fast-growing editorial business crafting compelling CVs for professionals

We need your expertise crafting interesting content and ideas to keep our audiences engaged, as well as sparking the interest of potential new customers.

With a focus on LinkedIn, our websites, and other platforms, you’ll have authority to bring ideas and informative content to the table, liaising closely with and learning from senior managers.

As our businesses grow, there are strong prospects of this role evolving into a senior digital marketing position. We’re looking for someone who has a thirst for learning, likes to test and try new things, and is curious about how people react to and engage with online business content.
